Dr. Bayer brings more than three decades of experience in overseas security, strategic intelligence, international law enforcement, counterterrorism, security program leadership, and crisis management. His career with the U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service included senior leadership assignments and service as Regional Security Officer at U.S. embassies in Paris, Istanbul, and Bogotá.
